A good portion of our team works out of the Philippines and although our owner couldn’t be more caucasian if he tried, he’s in love with the country, its people, and the culture. We admire their general sense of friendliness and respect, which seems to be retained even among 2nd or 3rd generation folks in the states.
In any case, we’ve found that having a team who truly “gets it” when it comes to your niche business, makes all the difference in the world. Add to that, having a strong and positive client-company relationship, and we usually have a rare but extremely positive situation with our accounts. Many of them have become close friends over the years.
